This stylish budget residence is nestled in the shadow of London Paddington Station, close to a wide range of popular bars, restaurants and cafes. Within walking distance, you will find London Paddington, Royal Oak, Queensway and Bayswater stations (all Zone 1) as well as regular bus routes providing great access to all of central London and beyond.
The area is famous for its elegant Georgian architecture and is close to the Kensington Gardens section of Hyde Park which includes The Italian Gardens, The Serpentine and The Princess Diana Memorial. Locally you will find popular tourist attractions such as Marble Arch, Regent’s Canal and the picturesque area of Little Venice with its colourful canal boats, swans, quirky waterside cafes, cosy pubs and charming restaurants.
Features
The accommodation is a cross between a student residence and a high-end hostel and was completely refurbished in late 2018 through 2019. This means that it is able to offer simple stylish living, in one of London’s most expensive areas at an affordable price.
LHA Leinster House offers self-catering accommodation for up to 87 guests in a combination of one, two, three and multiple bedded dorm style rooms. There is a TV room, fully equipped communal kitchens, an on-site laundry, and a quiet study area. Utility bills, Wi-Fi, basic contents insurance and even a cleaning service are all included in the price of the room. The residence is fully secure with a 24-hour reception/security team, CCTV and a safe in every room.

However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Yes, please note that a damage deposit of £200 will be taken by the residence when you check-in. The residence will refund the deposit after your stay providing your room has not been damaged and the rules of the residence have been observed during your stay. The arrangement of the damage deposit is between you and the accommodation supplier (the residence). Please ask the residence upon check-in for the full terms and conditions on the arrangement and for details on how and when the deposit will be refunded.
Generally speaking, between 5 and 6 people share the bathroom facilities at the residence.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have shared bathroom facilities on each floor of the residence. Single rooms are not shared, whereas Twin, Triple and Quad rooms are shared with other members of the same sex.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
