Clerkenwell sits in that sweet spot between the City and Islington. Close to everything but not as hectic as Shoreditch next door. Barbican and Old Street stations are both about five minutes’ walk, and between them you get the Northern, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. That covers most of London without changing trains. Exmouth Market and Whitecross Street are great for lunch, and the Barbican Centre has free exhibitions, concerts and a tropical conservatory tucked inside. UCL, City University and LSE are all a short commute away.

iQ City has self-contained studios (private bathroom and kitchenette), en suite rooms (private bathroom, shared kitchen). Room tiers go from Bronze (entry level) up to Platinum or Diamond (premium), with higher tiers meaning larger rooms, better views, or upgraded furnishings.
iQ City is at 11 Bastwick Street, London, EC1V 3AQ. The nearest stations are Barbican station, Old Street station. Most central London universities are within a 20-25 minute commute.
Students from UCL, City University of London, LSE live at iQ City. Other London universities are also accessible by tube and bus.
Residents have access to cinema room, games room, karaoke room, free gym, social spaces, study areas. All facilities are included in the rent.
