James McCall, (the Director of Accommodation, London Homestays) is very helpful when I am trying to find a homestay in London. He advised me to not sign the contract so early as I have to pay the rent in advance. He also gave me guidance about the location, the rent and meal arrangements, everything needed. He is so considerate of the customer, I surely will recommend him to my friends who need accommodation in London.

Sono una studentessa e mentre cercavo un alloggio a Londra mi sono imbattuta nel sito di UK Student Residences, sono molto soddisfatta del servizio ricevuto. Sono stata seguita con estrema gentilezza e attenzione durante il processo di scelta del residence per trovare quello che rispondesse al meglio alle mie esigenze. Il consulente che mi ha seguita si è mostrato disponibile nel rispondere ai miei mille dubbi, offrendomi consigli e risposte rapide. I costi del servizio sono davvero economici così come il totale per l'intero soggiorno (considerata anche la qualità del residence). Spesso propongono offerte ancora più convenienti del normale, quindi consiglio a chiunque stia cercando un posto in cui soggiornare a Londra di chiedere informazioni.
