Whether exercise is your thing or you prefer to just sit and watch the world go by, this residence will be perfect for you.
Beautifully designed, this residence features over 10,000 square feet of luxury shared spaces, offering facilities such as a gym, a spa, a cinema room, a library, an on-site restaurant, a bar, shops, event spaces and even a roof terrace equipped with a barbecue.
All rooms are fully-furnished with double beds, desks, boutique interior design, en-suite bathrooms with studios containing private kitchenettes. Entertainment and community play a big part in this residence. There are two dedicated community managers employed to provide a regular programme of entertainment, talks and events. There are shared kitchens and lounges on every floor as well as communal entertainment spaces throughout the building.

If you are booking for a full academic year you can select the type of room you stay in.
However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking for a shorter period e.g. a single semester or a summer stay, you will be allocated the room type (single studio, twin studio, single en suite etc) you have booked but the exact specification may be subject to availability. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.

Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
After a long day in London, cleaning is the last thing you want to be doing. Thankfully, your monthly bill also includes room cleaning and linen changing every month. Cleaners will also make sure all the communal spaces and facilities are clean and in order daily.
The residence is very secure. There is a 24/7 on site management team who provide security and assistance to guests.
The onsite community managers and facilities team are available 24/7 to deal with maintenance requests, answer any questions and make sure you are having the best experience.
