How to Book
Location
If you’re studying at Queen Mary, this is about as close as student accommodation gets. The main campus is literally a three-minute walk. Mile End tube gives you both the Central and District lines, so Liverpool Street is ten minutes away and Oxford Circus about twenty. Victoria Park, one of east London’s best green spaces, is a ten-minute walk north and perfect for morning runs or lazy afternoons. The local stretch of Mile End Road has supermarkets, takeaways and all the essentials. It’s a proper student area with a community feel.
Features
All rooms are self-contained studios, so you get your own bathroom and kitchenette no matter which option you go for. What makes this building a bit different is the karaoke room, which is not something you find in most student halls. There’s also a cinema room, games room, gym and a private dining area if you want to cook for friends. Study spaces are available throughout the building. Bills, Wi-Fi and contents insurance come with the room, and there’s 24/7 security on site.

All rooms include electricity, water, gas/heating, Wi-Fi, basic contents insurance, 24/7 on-site security, and access to communal facilities. There are no additional charges on top of the listed weekly rent.
iQ East Court has self-contained studios (private bathroom and kitchenette). Room tiers go from Bronze (entry level) up to Platinum or Diamond (premium), with higher tiers meaning larger rooms, better views, or upgraded furnishings.
iQ East Court is at 450 Mile End Road, London, E1 4GG. The nearest stations are Mile End tube station, Stepney Green tube station. Most central London universities are within a 20-25 minute commute.
Students from Queen Mary University of London (primary – 3 min walk), UCL, City University London, Imperial College, UAL live at iQ East Court. Other London universities are also accessible by tube and bus.
Residents have access to cinema room, games room, karaoke room, free gym, study areas, social spaces, private dining space, bicycle storage. All facilities are included in the rent.
