Borough Market is practically on your doorstep, the Shard towers above you, and the South Bank river walk stretches in both directions. Southwark Cathedral sits quietly nearby, and there’s a strong mix of independent food spots and everyday shops along the surrounding streets. King’s College (Guy’s campus) is so close you could roll out of bed and make a lecture. LSE and London South Bank University are also a short commute.
