About the Residence
Stapleton House is at 279 Holloway Road in north London, between Holloway Road and Highbury & Islington. Holloway Road station on the Piccadilly Line is about 5 minutes on foot. Highbury & Islington station with the Victoria Line and Overground is roughly 15 minutes' walk. Upper Holloway Overground is about 10 minutes. The Holloway Road area has a wide range of shops, supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants at student-friendly prices. Emirates Stadium (Arsenal FC) is a 10-minute walk. London Metropolitan University's campus on Holloway Road is virtually next door, and City, University of London is accessible in about 15 minutes by tube.
Stapleton House is managed by Unite Students and offers en-suite rooms with upgraded common areas (refurbished in 2024). Rooms come with a private bathroom, desk, wardrobe and storage. Shared kitchens are equipped for communal cooking. Both 40-week and 51-week tenancies are available. All bills, Wi-Fi and contents insurance are included. The building has laundry facilities, a common room, secure entry, CCTV and an on-site management team. Wheelchair-accessible and partly accessible rooms are also available.
