The single en-suite rooms are arranged in mini-apartments with shared kitchen and living rooms. Studios rooms are slightly larger with cooking facilities, ideal for those who prefer to live independently. All rooms include a comfortable bed, an en-suite bathroom, a desk, a wardrobe and plenty of storage.
The facilities on-site include a management office, a fully equipped laundry and vending machines. The property is secured by gated entrances, digital CCTV coverage as well as out of hours duty manager cover and secure storage for 44 bicycles. There is Wi-Fi internet available in every bedroom and throughout the building.

No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
