Built in 2006, this modern, purpose-built student residence offers a range of 123 en-suite bedrooms rooms at an affordable price. The single en-suite rooms are arranged in mini-apartments with shared kitchen and living rooms. Studios rooms are slightly larger with cooking facilities, ideal for those who prefer to live independently. All rooms include a comfortable bed, an en-suite bathroom, a desk, a wardrobe and plenty of storage.
The facilities on-site include a management office, a fully equipped laundry and vending machines. The property is secured by gated entrances, digital CCTV coverage as well as out of hours duty manager cover and secure storage for 44 bicycles. There is Wi-Fi internet available in every bedroom and throughout the building.

Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
